Quantum physics observes not only the expression of matter but also the unseen forces that shape matter, teaching us that the physical stuff in our world is comprised of, and influenced by, the invisible stuff we call energy.
Translate this into human and business speak; the unseen "employee climate", the way people feel about, and react to working in an environment, (the energy of their thoughts, feelings and actions), dynamically impacts on the desired business culture (that which determines ‘correct’ behaviour), which in turn impacts on employee engagement, customer experience, the brand's reputation as well as the organisation's ability to change, innovate and evolve. In quantum speak this is unseen ‘Energy at Work’ .

The EQuation above describes the extent to which discretionary emotional energy, mindset and relationships impact for better or worse on an individual's ability to apply their skills and knowledge. They are the exponential amplifying factor of performance.
Emotions are both energy and information and they form a bridge between our thinking and doing body; both the filter through which we experience the external work context and the internal exponential multiplier of performance.
The 30 plus years research from the Heartmath Institute amongst many others, provides measurable evidence that our ability to identify, understand, regulate, utilize and express emotional energy in healthy and constructive ways can be developed to:
· recognize the difference between new feelings that provide valuable insight and information for creating direct and open communication and old, defensive patterns that cut off communication.
· balance information from the head and the heart to make choices that build our resilience, vitality, ability to generate results, learn new things, have strong relationships and do better in life.
Energy Leadership grounded in the conscious practices of awareness of and attention to the patterns of the past and the intentional choices in creating a future rooted in aligned meaning and action, are a game changer for how humanity deals with living life, doing business and navigating change in the 21st century.
My work and offering in the business space continues to be the unlocking of the discretionary energy of employee heart and soul in alignment with their functional contribution. Thoughts begin it, emotions amplify it and actions give it momentum.
Why energy leadership?
